Get Involved & Volunteer

Petersfield Evening WI thrives because of our amazing volunteers who help at meetings and events. You can sign up for any of the following roles on a flexible basis—no long-term commitment required!

🫖 Refreshments Team – Help serve tea, coffee, and treats at meetings.
🎟️ Raffle Support – Assist with ticket sales and prize distribution.
🪑 Hall Setup Crew – Help arrange seating and tables before meetings.
📸 Social Media Content – Share event photos and highlights.

We also support the Petersfield Carrr Boot Sale which runs throughout the summer months to encourage our community to reduce waste, reuse items and recycle. If you'd like to volunteer to help run the refreshments stand, sign up using the link below.
